February 20th
I attempted to make vegan peanut butter cookies tonight based off of a super simple recipe I found online:
Luckily, Dan's mom is a trained chef, so she had everything I needed just hanging out in the kitchen:
At first I was super skeptical on it, because it just looked like a white mess:
But after a little while of getting my hands dirty, it started to actually look like something:
Needing Doh. LOLOLOLOLOL
Ready for the oven! Take note of how they look:
12 minutes later...They look done and (somewhat) tasty, right?
Nope! The bottom burnt and all it had was a hot, crumbly consistency. Definitely not cookie status.
Baking flip.

Salt Lake City tattoo convention. This is Ryan Willard, before I moved to Utah he did all my art for me, and when I heard he was going to have a booth set up at the convention, I had to get some work done for old time's sake. I had wanted my ankles tattooed for a while and had never gotten around to it, so this seemed like the perfect opportunity.

Side Note
As of right now it's sort of difficult to come up with interesting photos when all I do is go to school and do homework. I promise this will pick up more when things get less busy and I'm actually out and about again.
February 7th - Super Bowl Sunday
Today was more about food than football. Dan's mom gave us her credit card and sent us to the grocery store with instructions not to spend over $100. I've done a full week's worth of grocery shopping on $9 before, so this was like a gold mine. This is what Nato came up with, and yes, he ate the whole thing by himself.

February 2nd
I have an assignment to shoot a photo of an object that we see everyday in a setting that we don't usually see it in. This is what I came up with.
I got my hands on one of these things courtesy of my school. It's a ring light, the light itself is supposed to attach to the front of your lens for macro photography. I didn't realize that until I read the instruction manual, but I figured I could probably do something cool with it. The next two images are me messing around with this thing.
